Having been active in the IT field for over 10 years Eli has helped countless businesses of all sizes advance their IT solutions to meet their needs. As an offensive security hacking (OSCP) trained cybersecurity expert for enterprises through to SMEs, Eli consults and offers solutions to organisations around the globe. With high profile clients across Israel, the United States, and Europe, he is considered one of the leading data classification and encryption experts.
He’s a young entrepreneur at heart with 3 successful businesses in the IT industry before the age of 32! He’s a geek, lover of Memes, and customer satisfaction is his number one priority.
James Ratcliffe – Head of UK Operations
Starting his career in the IT sector at 19, James has over 12 years of experience in the industry supporting businesses of all sizes with their IT solutions. Managing the day-to-day operations and overseeing project implementation for clients, James plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition between users and their technology.
He’s an ‘old school gamer’ at heart, watches too much F1, and his number one priority is helping you understand your tech.
Charlotte Ratcliffe – Project & Account Manager
With a BA (Hons) in business leadership and management, Charlotte has spent the last 6 years dedicated to what makes a business successful. Within TowerWatch she oversees client communication, ensures projects are running smoothly and sets expectations on all sides.
She’s a not-so-secret Trekkie with a love of cats and has resounded herself to losing her husband during the Formula 1 months.
